John Scheeler Redhead Drake
John Scheeler from Mays Landing, NJ has won numerous World Championships. He was featured in the November 1976 issue of Sports Illustrated as well as the Fall 1972 issue of North American Decoys Magazine (pages 32 - 35). He was one of the first to texture his carvings before painting. This is quite evident with this spectacular carving, signed and dated 1971. Frank Finney - One of a Kind

George Strunk Merganser
Fantastic pair of Common Merganser's from the famous George Strunk. This pair is considered his Premiere grade decoys. They both are an impressive 18" in length. The head positions are very cool, specially the drake, he was able to catch a great pose with the bill tucked into the wing. We are very pleased to offer this Full Size Blue-winged Teal Drake carving, circa 1972. The wing carving and detail to this drake is unlike any other. Sitting atop this piece of driftwood, seems to have been made with the driftwood in mind.
